Crown Land set apart for Selection by Discharged Soldiers
under Ordinary Tenures, in the Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Land Act, 1908.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.—NATIONAL
ENDOWMENT.
SECTION 5, Block VIII, Maramarua Survey District: Area,
278 acres 3 roods 18 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 1st day of September, 1921.

North Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of settlement land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—SETTLEMENT LAND.
SECTION 23s, Koremoa Settlement: Area, 4 acres 2 roods
37 perches.

WHEREAS by section sixty-three of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1913, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section sixty-three in connection with any block of land, unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Act, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—TITIRANGI BLOCK.
SECTIONS 17, 18, and 20, Block XIII, Ruahine Survey District: Area, 1,097 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of September, 1921.

Amending a Proclamation proclaiming Land as a Road, and
Road closed, in Block V, Mairoro Survey District, Franklin
County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section five of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby amend the Proclamation dated the twenty-third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 23, of the third day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, proclaiming land as a road and road closed in Block V, Mairoro Survey District, Franklin County, by including “and Section 108” after “Section 107” in the first item of the First Schedule, and in the last item of the Second Schedule to the said Proclamation.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of September, 1921.

Amending Proclamation of Native Land to be Crown Land
under the Native Land Act, 1909.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by Proclamation dated the twenty-ninth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and gazetted the seventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, the block of Native land known as Waipa Lot 67B No. 2, containing 461 acres 0 roods 23 perches, and situate in the Newcastle Survey District, in the Provincial District of Auckland, was declared to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1908:
And whereas the proper description of the said block is Waipa Lot 67B, and it is desirable that the said Proclamation should be amended accordingly:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, do hereby amend the said Proclamation dated the twenty-ninth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, by substituting Waipa Lot 67B as the description of the said block in the Schedule to that Proclamation.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 1st day of September, 1921.
