ERRATUM.—In the heading and in the Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 27th July, 1921, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 72, page 2037, of the 4th August, 1921, taking portion of part Allotment 317, Mangapiko Parish, for the purposes of a septic tank, for “Borough of Te Awamutu” read “County of Waipa.”

Land reserved under the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the Scenery Preservation Board, constituted pursuant to the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), has recommended that the land described in the Schedule hereto should be permanently reserved for scenic purposes, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:

Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be a scenic reserve under the said Act, and subject to the provisions thereof.

SCHEDULE.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 10, Block IV, Retaruke Survey District: Area, 20 acres 1 rood 5 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of September, 1921.
