Proclaiming Native Land to be Crown Land under Section 14 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:

And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land set out in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land.

SCHEDULE.

NGATIHUAU No. 21 Block, Grant 3802, being Section 62, Block I, Waimate Survey District: Area, 72 acres 3 roods.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 15th day of August, 1921.

Land proclaimed as a Road in Panmure Village, North Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Panmure Village described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 rood 7 perches.

Portion of Allotment 71 of Section 2, Panmure Village (education reserve).

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/895, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under number 1923, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of September, 1921.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Egmont Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:-

0 3 7·2 Part Section 126, Moa District.
0 2 13·7 Section 127, Moa District.

Situated in Block VIII, Egmont Survey District (Taranaki R.D.).

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 52519, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of September, 1921.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Aorere Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:-

1 2 22 Section 144, Square 14, Block VI ; coloured purple.
3 0 33 Section 1, Block II ; coloured red.

Situated in Aorere Survey District (Nelson R.D.).

In the Nelson Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 52554, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of September, 1921.
