Land withdrawn from Provisional State-forest Reservation.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by a Proclamation dated the fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted on the eighth day of that month, certain land in the Mawheraiti Survey District, in the Nelson Land District, was, inter alia, set apart as and for a provisional State forest in terms of section thirty-four of the War Legislation and Statute Law Amendment Act, 1918, and section two of the State Forests Amendment Act, 1919:
And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto (being part of the land so set apart) is required for settlement, and it is expedient that the said Proclamation should be revoked in so far as it relates to the land described in the said Schedule:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by clauses (b) and (c) of subsection three of section thirty-four of the War Legislation and Statute Law Amendment Act, 1918, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, hereinbefore referred to, in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
NELSON CONSERVATION REGION.
Description of Land withdrawn from Provisional State Forest.
ALL that area of national-endowment land in the Nelson Land District, containing 320 acres, more or less, being portion of a provisional State-forest reserve set apart by Proclamation dated 5th July, 1920, and published in the Gazette of the 8th day of that month, situated in Block XVI, Mawheraiti Survey District, commencing at the south-east corner of Section 9, Block XVI aforesaid; thence in a south-westerly direction, 7375 links; thence in a south-easterly direction, 4800 links, to the south-western corner of Section 1, Block XVI aforesaid; thence along the north-western boundary of Section 1, 6599·6 links; thence in a north-westerly direction along a road reserve on the south bank of the Snowy River to the north-eastern corner of Section 9 aforesaid; thence in a south-westerly direction along the south-eastern boundary of Section 9, 939·3 links, to the commencing-point. As the same is delineated on atlas No. N.M. 120, deposited in the Head Office, State Forest Service, Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Land Act, 1908.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.
SECTION 233, Te Puna Parish: Area, 102 acres 0 roods 28 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of August, 1921.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

SECTION 10, Te Puru Township: Area, 1 rood.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of settlement land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of lease to discharged soldiers, on ordinary tenures, under the Land Act, 1908, and the Land for Settlements Act, 1908.
