INGLEWOOD DISTRICT.

All that area in the Taranaki Land District bounded towards the north by Sections Nos. 48, 44, and 45, Hua and Waiwakaiho Hundred, Paritutu Survey District, by Sections Nos. 32, 41, 80, and 55, Tarurutangi District, Paritutu Survey District, by Sections Nos. 203 and 127, Huirangi District, Paritutu Survey District, and by Sections Nos. 115, 116, 206, and part of 207, Huirangi District, Waitara Survey District; towards the north-east by the Rimutauteka Native Block to the Kurapete Stream; thence towards the north-east by that stream to its confluence with the Manganui River; thence towards the east by that river, the Bristol Road, and the Kaimata Road to the south-western corner of Block II, Huiroa Survey District; thence again towards the north by Blocks II and III, Huiroa Survey District; again towards the east by Blocks VIII, XII, and part of XVI, Huiroa Survey District, to the summit of the watershed between the Waitara River and the Patea River; thence towards the south and south-west by that summit and the western watershed of the Ahuroa Stream, and by Croydon and Salisbury Roads to Tariki Road; thence again towards the south by the last-mentioned road to the Waipuku Stream; thence towards the south-east by that stream to its source; and thence by a right line to Mount Egmont; and thence again towards the north-west and towards the west by a right line from Mount Egmont to the source of the Waiwakaiho Stream, and by that stream to Section 48, the point of commencement.

WAITARA DISTRICT.

All that area in the Taranaki Land District bounded towards the north and north-west by the ocean from the mouth of the Waiongona River to a point due west of Mount Tiger in Block III, Tainui Survey District; thence again towards the north by a right line to the said Mount Tiger; thence towards the north-east generally by the southern watershed of the Mohakatino River and the summit of the range over Mount Dampier to Section 17, Block II, Pouatu Survey District; thence towards the south-east generally by Sections 17 and 18, Block II aforesaid, to Mount Dampier Road; thence by that road to its junction with the Mangapapa Road; thence by the last-mentioned road to the Waitara River; thence by that river to its confluence with the Makino Stream; thence by the Makino Stream to Block VII, Huiroa Survey District; thence towards the south-west generally by Blocks VII and VI, Huiroa Survey District, to the Kaimata Road; thence towards the west by the said Kaimata Road, the Bristol Road, and the Manganui River to the Kurapete Stream; thence by that stream to Section No. 238, Huirangi District, Huiroa Survey District; thence by that section and Sections Nos. 233, 230, 221, 215, 214, 205, and 212, Huirangi District aforesaid, to the Waiongona River; and thence by that river to its mouth, the point of commencement.

MORRINSVILLE DISTRICT.

All that area in the Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing on the confiscation-line in Block XII, Hapuakohe Survey District, due west of Te Aroha Mountain; thence proceeding due east along a right line to the western boundary of Block XII, Waitoa Survey District; thence southerly along that boundary to the north-eastern boundary of Lot 12A of Section 24, Block XI, Waitoa Survey District; thence along the north-eastern, north-western, south-western, and south-eastern boundaries of the said Lot 12A to the western boundary of Block XII; thence southerly along that boundary and the western boundaries of Block XVI, Waitoa Survey District, and Block IV, Maungakawa Survey District, to the northern boundary of Pourewa Block, and easterly along that boundary to the Waitoa River; thence up that river to the eastern boundary of the Kerihoni Block, along the eastern boundaries of the Kerihoni Block and the Pakarau Settlement to the southernmost corner of Section 20s, Pakarau Settlement, along a right line to the easternmost corner of Section 18s, and along the south-eastern boundary of that section to its southernmost corner, and along the north-western boundary of Section 32 on deposited plan No. 4333A to and along the eastern boundary of Te Waikaukau Block; thence along the eastern boundaries of Kiwitahi Nos. 1A, 1B, 1C, and 1D to the northern boundary of Kiwitahi No. 1E; thence westerly along that boundary, and northerly and westerly along the eastern and northern boundaries of Kiwitahi No. 2 to the north-eastern corner of Section 24s, Te Miro Settlement; thence along the northern and western boundaries of that section, the north-western boundary of Section 23s, the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Section 25s, the north-western boundaries of Sections Nos. 19s and 71s, the northern and western boundaries of Section 28s, the north-western boundaries of Sections 33s and 34s, and the northern boundary of Section 35s, Te Miro Settlement, to Pukemoremore; thence north-westerly along the confiscation-line to the point of commencement.

CAMBRIDGE DISTRICT.

All that area in the Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing on the Waikato River at the westernmost corner of Hautapu Parish, and proceeding thence along the north-western boundary of that parish to Pukemoremore; thence along the southern boundary of the Morrinsville Registration District hereinbefore described to the north-eastern corner of Kiwitahi 1E Block; thence southerly along the eastern boundaries of that block, Te Konehu, Tawawhakapuoro, and Hinuwer a No. 2 Blocks to the Waikato River, and up the right bank of that river to the Little Waipa River; thence westerly along a right line to Maungatautari Trig. Station, and along a right line to the southernmost corner of the Pukekura Parish; thence along the western boundary of that parish to the Waikato River, and down that river to the point of commencement.

MATATA DISTRICT.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, commencing at the north-western corner of the Matata Parish, and proceeding thence along the sea-coast to the new outlet of the Rangitaiki River in Block V, Awa-o-te-Atua Survey District; thence up the middle of the said Rangitaiki River to the southern boundary of the Matata Parish, and proceeding westerly and northerly along the southern and western boundaries of the said parish to the point of commencement.

WHAKATANE DISTRICT.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, commencing at the mouth of the new outlet of the Rangitaiki River in Block V, Awa-o-te-Atua Survey District; thence easterly along the sea-coast to the mouth of the Waiotahi River, up the middle of that river to its source, and thence along a right line to the Maungapohatu Trig. Station; thence along a right line to Ngapakira Trig. Station, a right line to the mouth of the Huiarau Stream in Waikaremoana, and up that stream to its source; thence along a right line to the source of the Whakatane River; and down that river to the southern boundary of the Rangitaiki Parish; thence westerly along the said parish boundary to the Rangitaiki River, and down the middle of that river to the point of commencement.

And I hereby declare that this Proclamation shall come into operation on the fifth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of August, 1921.

Districts constituted under the Births and Deaths Registration Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in the Governor-General by the Births and Deaths Registration Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby abolish the existing registration districts known as the Piopio, Awakino, and Waiharakeke Districts, and do proclaim and declare that the territory heretofore comprised within the said districts is hereby divided anew into four registration districts, the names whereof shall be the Piopio, Awakino, Waiharakeke, and Marokopa Districts, and the boundaries whereof shall be conterminous with the boundaries of the marriage districts bearing the same names as are set forth in a Proclamation of even date herewith, made under the provisions of the Marriage Act, 1908.

And I hereby declare that this Proclamation shall come into operation on the fifth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of August, 1921.
