Declaring O'Brien's Road, in the Masterton County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of June, 1921.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that road in the Wellington Land District, Masterton County, known as O'Brien's Road, commencing at its junction with Hakikino (Allan's) Road, and proceeding thence generally in a south-westerly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 11, 12, Poroporo Settlement, part of 80 and part 1s, Westmere Settlement, all in Block XV, Otahoua Survey District, and terminating at the most northerly corner of Section 7s, Westmere Settlement, Block XV. Otahoua Survey District; being a distance of 1 mile 5 chains, more or less. As the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51782, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of the Whenuakura Valley Road, in the Eltham County, to be a County Road.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 20th day of June, 1921.

PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Whenuakura Valley Road, in the Tarankai Land District, Eltham County, commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 3 (E.R.), Block XIV, Omona Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a southerly direction, adjoining or passing through the said Section 3 (E.R.), Quarry Reserve 5, and terminating at the boundary between the said Section 3 (E.R.) and Section 4, Block XIV, Omona Survey District; being a distance of 1 mile 40 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51843, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Glengarry Settlement Road and Eastern Access Road in Glengarry Settlement, Dannevirke County, to be County Roads.

PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county roads.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that road in the Hawke's Bay Land District, Dannevirke County, known as Glengarry Settlement Road, commencing at its junction with Mangatera Road, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly and then easterly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 7s, 21s, 20s, 19s, 18s, 17s, 16s, Glengarry Settlement, Block XV, Norsewood Survey District, Section 6, Block XIII, Norsewood Survey District, and terminating at its junction with Umutaoroa Road being a distance of 2 miles 69 chains, more or less.
Also all that road, in the said land district and county, known as Eastern Access Road, commencing at its junction with the Mangatera Road, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, Glengarry Settlement, Block XIII, Norsewood Survey District, and terminating at the southernmost corner of Section 23s, Glengarry Settlement, Block XIII, Norsewood Survey District; being a distance of 58 chains, more or less.
As the said roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51778, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

WHEREAS by section ninety-six of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, it is enacted that the Governor-General in Council may from time to time by Order in Council declare that any land subject to Part XIV or XV of the Native Land Act, 1909 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), and vested in a Maori Land Board, shall no longer be subject to such Parts of that Act, and shall be revested in the Native owners thereof:
