And whereas the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is at present subject to Part XV of the said Act, and is vested in the Tokerau District Maori Land Board, which Board has recommended that such land be no longer subject as aforesaid and that it be revested in the Native owner:
And whereas the Governor-General is satisfied that the said land is not subject to any lease, license, contract for sale, or other alienation, and that no moneys are charged on the said land or on the revenue thereof in accordance with the said Act or under any other authority:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by section ninety-six of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall no longer be subject to Part XV of the Native Land Act, 1909, and shall be revested in the Native owner thereof.

ALL that parcel of land, containing 2 roods, more or less, and known as Otakanini D Block, situate in the Kaipara Survey District, in the Land District of North Auckland.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

JAMES DOUGLAS,
JACOB GIFFORD,
JAMES HENDERSON,
CHARLES PALLISER, and
HUBERT HENRY SHERWILL RYDER,
as from the thirtieth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, to be the Langdale Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the twelfth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Hall, Langdale, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
LANGDALE DOMAIN.—WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 26 acres 2 roods 2·8 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 15, 16, 11, and 12, Block III, Rewa Survey District, and a closed road. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 2100 links; towards the south-east by Langdale Road, 635·9 links; towards the south-west and north-west generally by Section No. 17, 384·8 links and 324·2 links, and by Section No. 3, 1102·4 links, 368·2 links, 432·1 links, and 1582 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1126/52A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Extending Time for holding Annual Meeting of the Lake County Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of June, 1921.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section seventy-seven of the Counties Act, 1920 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is provided that the annual meeting of the various County Councils throughout the Dominion shall be held at noon on the fourth Wednesday in May:
And whereas it is expedient to extend the time for holding such annual meeting of the Lake County Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the power and authority vested in him by section two hundred and sixteen of the said Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, and acting by and with the device and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby extend the time for holding the annual meeting of the Lake County Council, and doth hereby order and declare that such annual meeting shall be held and take place on Wednesday, the twentieth day of July, one thousand nine and twenty-one, at the office of the said Lake County Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section five of the Government Railways Amendment Act, 1910 (No. 2), and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby fix the fees set out in the Schedule hereto for the preparation of Proclamations, Orders in Council, deeds, leases, agreements, assignments, and for endorsing consents on mortgages, assignments, or subleases, and for preparing or consenting to any other document of a like nature.
