A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the
Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, and the Scenery Preservation Amendment Act, 1910, and of every other power and
authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, John
Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for scenic purposes; and I do also hereby declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
sixteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 28 acres
2 roods 13 perches.
Portion of Section 1507, Block XVI, Greymouth Survey
District (Westland R.D.).
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51654,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
edged green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 28th day of June, 1921.

section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rush-worth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in
Waipukurau Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto ; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road de-scribed in the Second Schedule hereto.

Proclaiming Native Land to be Crown Land under Section 14
of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land
Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia,
that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land
has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under
the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become
Crown land:
And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the
Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of
the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power
and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of
the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, John Rushworth,
Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land set out in the Schedule
hereto to be Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
HAUHUNGAROA No. 10 Block, Puketapu Survey District : Approximate area, 300 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 21st day of June, 1921.
