IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Waipu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 13·6 perches.
Portion of Allotment 62, Wairau Parish, Block XII, Waipu Survey District. (S.O. 21203.)

Portion of Rural Section 28763, situated in Blocks III and V, Gibson Survey District.
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 8/8/72, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under number 1910, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 25th day of June, 1921.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of workers’ dwellings, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 3 roods 10·8 perches.
