Declaring Okowhao Loan Block Road, in the Raglan County, to be a County Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 25th day of May, 1921.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that road in the Auckland Land District, Raglan County, known as Okowhao Loan Block Road, commencing at its junction with a road which forms the southern boundary of Sections 23 and 22, Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction adjoining or passing through the said Section 23, Sections 26, 27, 28, and 2, Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District, and terminating on the northern boundary of the said Section 2 about fifteen chains distant from the easternmost corner of the said Section 2, Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District; being a distance of 1 mile 74·38 chains, more or less. As the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51675, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red and marked A–B.

Declaring Portion of Gorge Road, in the Pohangina County, to be a County Road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of Gorge Road in the Wellington Land District, Pohangina County, commencing at its junction with the Waitapu Terrace on the north-western boundary of the Township of Apiti, and proceeding thence generally in a south-westerly and then north-westerly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 21 and 52 (road and bridge reserve), Block XI, Apiti Survey District, and terminating on the south-eastern bank of the Oroua River; being a distance of 1 mile 5 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51661, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Kauarapaoa Road, in the Waitotara County, to be a County Road.

ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Waitotara County, known as Kauarapaoa Road, commencing at a point about 42 chains north of the boundary between Section 23 and Reserve 4, Block X, Waipakura Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction, adjoining or passing through part of the said Section 23, Sections 24 and 25, Block X aforesaid; Sections 26 and 3, Block VI, Waipakura Survey District; and part Kauarapaoa Block, Block I, Waipakura Survey District, and terminating at the crossing of the Kauarapaoa Stream in the said Kauarapaoa Block; being a distance of 5 miles 77 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51676, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
