Declaring Portion of the Wanganui River Road (Right Bank),
in the Ohura County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 10th day
of May, 1921.
Present :
THE HONOURABLE SIR F. H. D. BELL, K.C.M.G.,
PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers
in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that
the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become
a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Wanganui River Road, Right Bank,
in the Taranaki Land District, Ohura County, commencing
at the crossing of the Towhenua Stream, and proceeding
thence generally in a south-westerly direction, adjoining or
passing through part Ohura South F Block 2B Section 1,
Sections 1 and 3, Block IV, Piopiotea West Survey District,
Sections 6, 7, 15, and 22, Block III, Piopiotea West Survey
District, and terminating at or near the south-eastern corner
of Section 8 (scenic reserve), Block III, Piopiotea West
Survey District; being a distance of 2 miles 34 chains, more
or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51539, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington,
in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

County, to be a County Road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Rimuputa Road, in the Taranaki
Land District, Whangamomona County, commencing at a
point about five chains north of the boundary between Sec-
tions 12 and 1, Block VI, Pouatu Survey District, and pro-
ceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction, ad-
joining or passing through Sections 12, 11, and 22 (Crown
land), Block VI, Pouatu Survey District, and terminating
at its junction with the Maikai Road; being a distance of
one mile, more or less. As the said portion of road is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51311,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.

to be a County Road.

at its junction with Kauarapaoa-Manganui-o-tahu Road,
and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction,
adjoining or passing through Sections 2, 4 (scenic reserve),
6, and 7, Block XVI, Momahaki Survey District, and Section
2, Block XII, Momahaki Survey District, and terminating
at the boundary between the said Section 2 and Education
Reserve 16, Block XII aforesaid; being a distance of 4 miles
40 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51497,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.

Declaring Roads in the Tiratu Block, Dannevirke County, to
be County Roads.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 10th day
of May, 1921.

PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the

and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
roads and portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto
shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become
county roads.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that road known as No. 2 Branch Road, commencing
at its junction with Cowper Road, and proceeding thence
generally in a north-westerly direction, adjoining or passing
through Sections 41, 32, 22, and 21, Tiratu Block, and
terminating at its junction with Tiratu Road at the most
northerly corner of the said Section 21, Tiratu Block; being
a distance of three miles, more or less. Shown on plan
coloured blue.
Also all that road known as No. 3 Branch Road, com-
mencing at its junction with No. 2 Branch Road, and
proceeding thence generally in a north-easterly direction,
adjoining or passing through Sections 20 and part 17, Tiratu
Block, to its termination at the southern boundary of Sec-
tion 18, Tiratu Block; being a distance of thirty-two chains,
more or less. Shown on plan coloured blue.
Also all that road known as access road to Sections 36 and
37, Tiratu Block, commencing at its junction with Cowper
Road, and proceeding thence generally in a south-westerly
direction, adjoining or passing through Section 39, Tiratu
Block, to its termination on the boundary between Sections 36
and 37, Tiratu Block, at the north-eastern corner of the said
Section 36; being a distance of thirty-two chains, more or
less. Shown on plan coloured blue.
Also all that portion of Cowper Road commencing at its
junction with Dorieβs Stream in Section 35, Tiratu Block,
and proceeding thence generally in an easterly and then
northerly direction, adjoining or passing through part of the
said Section 35, Sections 34, 33, 32, 38, 41, 23 (school reserve),
30, 29, and part 28, Tiratu Block, to its termination at the
most southerly corner of Section 24, Tiratu Block; being a
distance of 3 miles 40 chains, more or less. Shown on plan
coloured blue.
Also all that portion of Tiratu Road, commencing at its
junction with No. 2 Branch Road opposite the most northern
corner of Section 21, Tiratu Block, and proceeding thence
generally in a north-westerly direction, adjoining or passing
through Sections 7 and part 6, Tiratu Block, and terminating
at a point on the northern boundary of the said Section 6;
being a distance of 1 mile 5 chains, more or less. Shown on
plan coloured red.
All situated in the Hawkeβs Bay Land District, Dannevirke
County, Block IV, Tahoraite Survey District.
As the said roads and portions of roads are more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51400, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in
the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above
mentioned.
