THE SCHEDULE.
All that piece of land situated in the One-tree Hill Road District, in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing two roods thirteen decimal two nine perches, more or less, being part of Allotment Number 8 of Section Number 12 of the Suburbs of Auckland. Bounded on the north-east by Wheturangi Road, 106·12 links; on the south-east by Lots Numbers 26, 29, 30, 31, and 32 on a plan deposited in the Land Registration Office at Auckland under Number 14346; on the south-west by a line 101·09 links; and on the north-west by Lots Numbers 23, 24, and 25 on the said plan Number 14346; the said piece of land being of a uniform width of 100 links.

KIWITEA COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING AND LEVYING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and amendments thereto, the Kiwitea County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of £350 (three hundred and fifty pounds) sterling, authorized to be raised by the Kiwitea County Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of providing the cost of road-formation and building retaining-wall at Brown’s Slip, Pakihikura Road, the said Kiwitea County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one thirty-fifth of one penny in the pound sterling upon the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property of the Brown’s Slip Special Rating Area, comprising Sections 1/8, 10, 12/15, 17/20, Block V, Section 10, Block VIII, Sections 12/18, Block IX, Apiti Survey District; Sections 3, 5/9, 11, Block VIII, and Sections 1/6, 8, 9, 1A, 2A, 11/13, Pakihikura Village Settlement, Block VIII, Ongo Survey District. And that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of April and the 1st day of October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Henry McClutchie, Junior, and Tutere Wi Repa, carrying on business as Sheep-farmers at Wharekahika, Hicks Bay, under the style or firm of “McClutchie and Wi Repa,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the thirty-first day of March, 1921, so far as concerns the said Tutere Wi Repa, who retires from the said firm.

UAWA COUNTY COUNCIL.
PURSUANT to the Counties Act, 1920, and the Public Works Act, 1908, notice is hereby given that the Uawa County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work; and for that purpose the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken.
The work to be undertaken is the formation, metalling, channelling, and culverting of a sixteen-foot roadway.
The owners of the land are Natives.
Notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken, and of the work to be undertaken, is deposited at the office of the county at Tolaga Bay, and may be inspected by all persons during office hours without fee.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of said land, who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, are required to state the objections in writing, and to send the writing to the office of the Uawa County Council, Cook Street, Tolaga Bay, on or before Saturday, the twenty-first day of May, 1921.
