LECTION OF TRUSTEE OF THE WAIPA DRAINAGE DISTRICT.
I, FREDERICK PHILLIPS, Returning Officer for the Waipa Drainage District, do hereby notify, in accordance with the provisions of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, and amendments, that at an election of a trustee to fill a vacancy for the said district held on the 31st March, 1921, the only person nominated to fill such vacancy was Samuel Lytton Chadwick Parke, of Otorohanga.
I therefore declare that the said SAMUEL LYTTON CHADWICK PARKE is duly elected a trustee of the said district.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and of the DOMINION FERROLITH COMPANY (LIMITED).
A T an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company duly convened and held at 94 Jervois Quay, Wellington, on Monday, the 4th day of April, 1921, the following extraordinary resolution was passed:—
“That immediate steps be taken to liquidate the affairs of the Dominion Ferrolith Company (Ltd.), the shareholders present being unanimously of opinion that the company is unable to carry on business longer owing to insufficiency of capital.”
And at the said meeting Mr. WILLIAM LITTSER WILSON, Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.
