Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the tenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one—viz., “The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the south-western side of Park Street beginning at the corner of Tinakori Road and extending for a distance of 200 links, being part of Town Section 649 in the said city”; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the south-western side of the portion of Park Street described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Park Street, abutting on part Section 649. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51022, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Talavera Terrace, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the twelfth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty—viz., “The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to Talavera Terrace in the said city”; such street being described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that street in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Talavera Terrace, situated between San Sebastian Road and Everton Terrace. As the said street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48040, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The Western Side of Portion of the Parade, Island Bay, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one—viz., “The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the western side of The Parade beginning at a point in line with the south side of Reef Street and extending southward to its intersection

with the eastern side of Derwent Street, a distance of approximately 340 links”; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the western side of The Parade described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of street in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as The Parade, Island Bay, situated between a point in line with the southern side of Reef Street, and extending in a southerly direction to its intersection with the eastern side of Derwent Street, and abutting on part Lot 472, D.P. 815, part Sections 8 and 9, Town District. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50580, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The Northern Side of Wade Crescent, Wadestown, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ALL that street situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Wade Crescent, Wadestown, abutting on Lot 11, D.P. 812. As the said street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50954, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
