At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of April, 1921.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the second day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one -viz., "That the Council of the City of Dunedin hereby resolves that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the street in the City of Dunedin known as Eglinton Road where the same abuts on Allotment 2, subdivision of Sections 3 and 4, Block VI, Town District, as more particularly shown by blue colour on the plan hereunto annexed"; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the south-western side of the portion of the street described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of street in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Eglinton Road, abutting on Allotment 2, L.T. plan 224. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51141, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.

Portion of Mill Road, in the Borough of New Plymouth, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the New Plymouth Borough Council on the twenty-second day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-viz., "That the New Plymouth Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the road or street hereinafter mentioned, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen, subsection one, of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of Mill Road both sides to which the subdivisions numbered respectively 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 (both inclusive) of part Victoria Park, Fitzroy District, Block V, Paritutu Survey District, within the Borough of New Plymouth, have frontages"; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on either side of the portion of Mill Road described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

ALL that portion of street situated in the Taranaki Land District, Borough of New Plymouth, known as Mill Road, abutting on Subdivisions 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, part Victoria Park, Fitzroy District, Block V, Paritutu Survey District. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50697, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured purple.

Recreation Reserve in North Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of April, 1921.

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Kaimaumau Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

KAIMAUMAU DOMAIN.-NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 4, Block I, Rangaunu Survey District: Area, 54 acres 2 roods 30 perches.

ANZAC PARK DOMAIN.-NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 15 acres 2 roods 28 perches, more or less, being Lot 1 of a subdivision of portion of Raumanga Nos. 1 and 2 Blocks, situated in Block XII, Purua Survey District, and bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on a public road at the southern boundary of Tarewa Block, towards the north generally by the said Tarewa Block, 267·5 and 654·2 links, to Lot 2 of a subdivision of portion of Raumanga Nos. 1 and 2 Blocks; thence towards the east and south generally by the said Lot 2, 222·5, 381·4, 291·8, 475·4, 43·2, 171·1, 500·9, 187·5, and 621 links, to a public road; thence towards the west generally by said public road, 1170·3 and 494·8 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
