Declaring Road in Blocks XV, Pukaki West, and III, Strachey Survey Districts, to be a Government Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of April, 1921.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared to be a Government road: 15 acres 1 rood 31 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Runs 88, 219, and 220 (Crown land), situated in Blocks XV, Pukaki West, and III, Strachey Survey Districts (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 797/136.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50523, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Clifton Terrace, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of April, 1921.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the twelfth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty—viz., “The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to Clifton Terrace in the said city ”; such street being described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that street in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Clifton Terrace, situated between San Sebastian Road and Everton Terrace. As the said street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48041, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Domain Street, in the Borough of Palmerston North, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of April, 1921.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Palmerston North Borough Council on the tenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty—viz., “That the Palmerston North Borough Council, being the local authority having control of Domain Street in the Borough of Palmerston North, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the said street or any part thereof ”; such street being described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that street in the Wellington Land District, Borough of Palmerston North, known as Domain Street, situated between Cuba Street and Main Street. As the said street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 49588, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.
