Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Mangaiti Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Waitomo County, commencing at its junction with the Mapiu Road at the north-west corner of Section 5, Block VII, Mapara Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block VII, Sections 12 and 8, Block VIII, Sections 28 (school-site), 2, and 3, Block XII, Mapara Survey District, and terminating at its junction with the Tatu Road at the south-east corner of the said Section 3, Block XII, Mapara Survey District; being a distance of 3 miles 20 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51264, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Mokauiti Road, in the Waitomo County, to be a County Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of April, 1921.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Mokauiti Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Waitomo County, commencing at its junction with the Mapiu Road at the north-east corner of Section 12, Block I, Tangitu Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a westerly and southerly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 12 and 13, Block I, Tangitu Survey District, and terminating at the northern boundary of Section 14, Block I, Tangitu Survey District; being a distance of 1 mile 25 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51263, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Kururau Road, in the Ohura County, to be a County Road.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Kururau Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Ohura County, commencing at a point ten chains east of the boundary between Sections 7 and 6, Block I,

Piopiotea West Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a westerly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections part 7, 6, 4, and 3 (C.L.), Block I, Piopiotea West Survey District, and terminating at its junction with the Whakamaru Road; being a distance of 1 mile 34 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51333, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Ararimu East Road, in the Ohura County, to be a County Road.

ALL that portion of Ararimu East Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Ohura County, commencing at its junction with the Aramahoe and Otunui Roads, Block VIII, Ohura Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly and north-easterly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 8 (scenery reserve), 2, 12, 14, 11, and 13, Block VIII, and Section 9, Block IV, Ohura Survey District, and terminating at the north-eastern corner of Section 13, Block VIII, Ohura Survey District; being a distance of 2 miles 60 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated om plan marked P.W.D. 51251, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51253, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
