Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land set out in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land.

RANGITOTO-TUHUA 61J Section 3A Block, Totara Survey District: Approximate area, 79 acres 3 roods 23·5 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand ; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of March, 1921.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water-power (Mangahao Scheme); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one.

Allocating to the Purposes of a Road Land in Block II, Piopiotea West Survey District, taken or reserved for a Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that the said road shall be maintained by the Ohura County Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land dealt with: 19·8 perches.

Being portion of railway reserve (Taranaki R.D.).

Situated in Block II, Piopiotea West Survey District. (S.O. 4763.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 47360, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured purple.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand ; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of March, 1921.

Declaring Portion of Road in Block X, Kaitieke Survey District, to be a Government Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of March, 1921.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared to be a Government road: 3 roods 6 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Kaitieke Township Reserve, situated in Block X, Kaitieke Survey District. (S.O. 1611.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50812, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
