Land proclaimed as a Road in Ahuriri and Benmore Survey Districts, Otago Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in the Ahuriri and Benmore Survey Districts described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 15 acres.
Portion of Pastoral Run 560, situated in Ahuriri and Benmore Survey Districts.

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/833. deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand ; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of March, 1921.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block III, Whangaruru Survey District, Whangarei County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I; John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 acre 1 rood 2 perches.
Portion of Oakura F No. 4 Block, Block III, Whangaruru Survey District. (S.O. 21093.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50654, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand ; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of March, 1921.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Public School in the City of Nelson.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school, and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Nelson as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 9 perches.
Being part of B, Lutheran Reserve, situated in the City of Nelson.

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D 48951, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand ; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of March, 1921.

Proclaiming Native Land to be Crown Land under Section 14 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:

And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909 :

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land set out in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land.

SCHEDULE.

RANGITOTO-TUHUA No. 33c No. 2 Block, Mangaorongo Survey District: Approximate area, 44 acres 1 rood.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand ; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of March, 1921.

And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909 :

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land set out in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 20 acres 1 rood, be the same a little more or less, being portion of Te Maipi 7c No. 4 Block. As the same is more particularly shown on plan numbered 116/2, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand ; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of March, 1921.
