Crown Land set apart for Selection by Discharged Soldiers under Ordinary Tenures.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Land Act, 1908.

Land set apart for Selection.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section sixty-three of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1913, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section sixty-three in connection with any block of land, unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Act, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—MAHOREHORE BLOCK.

SECTIONS 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, Block VI, Pakaumanu Survey District: Area, 3,636 acres 2 roods.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of March, 1921.

Land proclaimed as ceasing to be set apart as National Endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section eleven of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1920, it is enacted that the Governor-General may, by Proclamation approved in Executive Council, declare that any national endowment land held as a small grazing-run under a lease issued pursuant to the Land Act, 1892, or issued before the passing of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1918, pursuant to the Land Act, 1908, shall cease to be national endowment land:

And whereas it is deemed expedient that the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto which are held as small grazing-runs as aforesaid should cease to be national endowment land:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities so conferred upon me by the aforesaid section eleven, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof, the lands described in the Schedule hereto, which were set apart as national endowment lands under the provisions of section two hundred and fifty-eight of the Land Act, 1908, shall cease to be national endowment land.

SMALL Grazing-run No. 83, Tuahu Survey District: Area, 2,946 acres.

Small Grazing run No. 94, Tuahu Survey District: Area, 2,988 acres.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of March, 1921.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Cape Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
