Cameron, Frank Davies, and Robert James Gray to be a Commission to inquire into and report upon the revision of the Customs Tariff of New Zealand.
And, with the like advice and consent, I do further appoint you the said William Barr Montgomery to be the Chairman of the said Commission.
And you are hereby authorized to conduct any inquiries under these presents at such times and places as you deem expedient, with power to adjourn from time to time and place to place as you think fit, and to call before you and examine on oath or otherwise such persons as you think capable of affording you information as to the matters aforesaid, and to call for and examine all such documents as you deem likely to afford you information on any such matters.
And, using all due diligence, you are required to report to me, under your hands and seals, not later than the thirty-first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, your opinion on the aforesaid matters.
And you are hereby strictly charged and directed that you shall not at any time publish or otherwise disclose, save to me in pursuance of these presents, or by my direction, the contents or purport of any report so made or to be made by you.
And it is hereby declared that these presents shall continue in force although the inquiry is not regularly continued from time to time or from place to place.
And, lastly, it is hereby further declared that these presents are issued under and subject to the provisions of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1908.

Declaring Waikareao Estuary, Tauranga Harbour, to be a Sanctuary for Imported and Native Game.
JELLICOE, Governor-General.
Pursuant to the powers vested in me by the Animals Protection Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the area described in the Schedule hereto shall be a sanctuary for the purposes of the said Animals Protection Act, and that no imported or native game shall be taken or killed within the said area.
SCHEDULE.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, being the Waikareao Arm of the Tauranga Harbour, bounded towards the east by the Borough of Tauranga; towards the south by the Katikati Road; towards the west by Sections 400, 383, 384, 386, 452, 115, 26, 21, 3, 2, 1, 16, 113, 110A, and Landing Reserve; and towards the north by the Tauranga Harbour.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 4th day of February, 1921.

Regulations under the Defence Act, 1909, constituting Military Districts.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authority conferred on me by the Defence Act, 1909, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby cancel the regulations constituting the Military Districts, Groups, and Areas as set out in the New Zealand Gazette No. 104, of the 18th September, 1916, and I hereby substitute the following regulations, and declare that these shall take effect from the 1st February, 1920.
REGULATIONS.
The Dominion of New Zealand is hereby divided, for the purpose of the Defence Act, 1909, into three districts, to be termed military districts, under the following respective designations:-
NORTHERN MILITARY DISTRICT
Comprising the Land District of Auckland. Headquarters, Auckland.
CENTRAL MILITARY DISTRICT.
Comprising the Land Districts of Wellington, Taranaki, and Hawke's Bay. Headquarters, Palmerston North.
SOUTHERN MILITARY DISTRICT.
Comprising the Land Districts of Canterbury, Nelson, Westland, Marlborough, Otago, and Southland. Headquarters, Christchurch.
Each military district may be subdivided for administrative purposes under such designations and with such boundaries as the Commandant may from time to time direct.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 10th day of February, 1921, in the presence of R. H. RHODES, Minister of Defence.
Appointing Commissioners to classify Pastoral Runs in Otago Land District.
