A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-nine of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/816, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned. (North Auckland plan 20217.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of February, 1921.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner and mortgagee of the lands described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Lake County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the lands described in the said Schedule; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1908.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of stopped Government road declared to be Crown land: 1 acre 1 rood 20 perches. Adjoining or passing through Section 10 of Block X, and Karu-o-te-whenua No. 1c Section 1 Block, situated in Block X, Otanake Survey District. (S.O. 21282.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50016, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of February, 1921.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50448, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured yellow.
