Parish; thence by that road, running easterly, to the northern
corner of Section No. 37; thence by the road forming the
north-eastern boundary of the last-mentioned section, and
intersecting Section No. 64, to the eastern boundary of that
section; thence by Sections Nos. 64 and 27, Whangape
Parish, to the Opuatia Stream; thence by that stream to
the crossing of a road which intersects Section No. 29,
Whangape Parish, and Opuatia No. 3A Block; thence by
that road, through Opuatia No. 3A Block, and forming
the southern boundaries of Sections Nos. 14, 10, and 11,
Block XIII, Maramarua Survey District, to the south-
eastern corner of the last-mentioned section; thence by
that section, across a road, by Sections Nos. 8 and 7,
Block XIII aforesaid, across a road, by Sections Nos. 6,
5, 1, said Block XIII, Sections Nos. 4 and 3, Block IX,
Maramarua Survey District, across a road, and by Section
No. 2, Block IX aforesaid, by Sections Nos. 64, 19, 21, 22,
and 23, Onewhero Parish, across a road, by Section No. 24,
and again by Section No. 23 aforesaid, to the road forming
the north-eastern boundary of Section No. 64; thence by
that road and the road forming the north-western boundaries
of Sections Nos. 58B, 58C, and 58E to the southernmost
corner of Section No. 78, Onewhero Parish, and thence by
the south-western boundary of that section to the Waikato
River; thence again towards the south generally by the
left bank of that river to the north-eastern corner of Sec-
tion No. 54, Onewhero Parish; thence by the eastern and
south-eastern boundaries of that section and the south-
eastern boundary of Section No. 52 to Section No. 16; thence
by that section, a closed road, the abutment of a road, Sec-
tion No. 77, across a road, and by Sections Nos. 76, 96, 164,
and 181, Onewhero Parish, and across a road, to the Waikato
River; thence by the left bank of that river to a point
opposite the northernmost corner of Section No. 69; thence
across a road, by the last-mentioned section, by Sections
Nos. 170, 171, and 172, Onewhero Parish, the abutment of
a road, the north-western portion of Section No. 173, the
north-eastern portion of Section No. 13, Section No. 51,
and again by the north-eastern portion of Section No. 13
to a road intersecting Section No. 99, and by that road to the
Waikato River at the north-western corner of a subdivision
of Section No. 99 aforesaid, containing 17 acres; thence
again towards the south-east generally by the left bank of
the Waikato River to the Okahu Stream; and thence by a
right line across the Waikato River to the place of com-
mencement.

General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 4th day of February, 1921.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settle-
ment Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of settlement
land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same
are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of
sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in
the manner provided in the said Act.
