All in the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50676, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of February, 1921.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Mahurangi Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto, and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 2 acres 3 roods 23 perches.
Portion of Sections 26 and part 25 ; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 3 acres O roods 37 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 26 and part 25 ; coloured green.
All situated in Matakana Parish, Block VIII, Mahurangi Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 20252.) All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50648, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of February, 1921.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-nine of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block II, Piako Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road, and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 5 acres l rood 14 perches.
Portion of Section 26A, Maramarua Parish, Block II, Piako Survey District. (S.O. 21176.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50448, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion. at the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of February, 1921.
