LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:-
A. R. P. 4 0 9.4 Portion of Allotments 96 and 97; coloured red. 0 0 25.2 ,, Allotment 96 ; coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
Road CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 4 acres l rood 32.8 perches. Adjoining or passing through part Allotment 99; coloured green.
All situated in Waiuku East Parish, Blocks IX and XIII, Drury Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 20887.) All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 49870, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of November, 1920.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rush-worth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Puketapu Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 1 acre 0 roods 21 perches. Being part Block 2, Eskdale C.G.D.; coloured pink.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
Road CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 2 acres 0 roods 35 perches. Adjoining or passing through Block 2, Eskdale C.G.D.; coloured green.
All situated in Block XII, Puketapu Survey District (Hawke's R.D.).
All in the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48105, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of November, 1920.
