A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a further portion of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway (portion of Rangitaiki Section) and for road-diversions in connection therewith.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of November, 1920.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 29 perches.
Portion of Waewaetutuki Block, Section 1, situated in Block VIII, Maketu Survey District. (S.O. 21068.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 49639, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of November, 1920.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Whitianga Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
