under the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, for the purpose of water-supply works extensions and improvements, the said Sumner Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of three-fifths of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Sumner, comprising the whole of the Borough of Sumner; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly upon the first day of May in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and one-half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

NELSON FARMERS' CO-OPERATIVE (LIMITED).
IN LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the Nelson Farmers' Co-operative (Limited) held on the seventeenth day of August, 1920, a resolution, a true copy of which is under written, was duly passed for the winding-up of the said company voluntarily, and for the appointment of a Liquidator; and that at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the said company held on the seventh day of September, 1920, the said resolution was duly confirmed as a special resolution, in accordance with the provisions of section 91 of the Companies Act, 1908.
RESOLUTION.

That it is expedient to effect an amalgamation of this company with the New Zealand Farmers' Co-operative Association of Canterbury (Limited), and that with a view thereto this company be wound up voluntarily; and that WALTER HOLDSWORTH WARREN, of Nelson, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.

That the conditional agreement submitted to this meeting be and the same is hereby approved, and that the Liquidator be and he is hereby authorized, pursuant to section 259 of the Companies Act, 1908, to adopt the said agreement and to carry the same into effect, with such (if any) modification as the said Liquidator may think expedient.

DOMINION COLLEGE OF RADIO TELEGRAPHY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that a resolution that the above company should go into ordinary voluntary liquidation is duly made in the minute-book of the said company, and signed by seventeen of the twenty-two members of the company holding more than three-fourths of the shares in the said company; and, further, that on the twenty-third day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the said company was duly held, and an extraordinary resolution carried unanimously to the effect "That it is proved to the satisfaction of this company that the company cannot, by reason of its liability, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same"; and, further, that the Liquidator, Arthur Bayliss, appointed by the above-mentioned entry having refused to act further than resigning of office (if any) held by him, a further entry was made in such minute-book and signed by eighteen of the shareholders of such company holding at least three-fourths of the shares of such company that Mr. JOHN HERBERT THOMPSON, of Auckland, Secretary, be and he was thereby appointed Liquidator of such company.

In the matter of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act, 1908; and in the matter of the AUCKLAND PROVINCIAL FRUITGROWERS’ CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY (LIMITED), in Liquidation.
AT a general meeting of the above-named society duly convened and held on the 20th day of August, 1920, the following resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent general meeting of the members of the said society also duly convened and held at the same place on te 7thh day of September, 1920, the same resolution was duly confirmed as a special resolution, namely:--
“That the society be wound up voluntarily, under the provisions of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act, 1908.” And at such last-mentioned meeting Messrs. HARVEY TURNER, of Auckland, Auctioneer, and CHARLES HINCHCLIFFE GOLDSTONE, of Auckland, one of the Directors of the Society, were appointed Liquidators for the purpose of the winding-up. Pursuant to section 302 of the Companies Act, 1908, Australasian Conference Association (Limited), whose registered office is situate at Wahroonga, near Sydney, in the State of New South Wales, in the Commonwealth of Australia, hereby gives notice, in accordance with the Companies Act, 1908, by its attorneys in New Zealand, Albert George Minchin, of 902 Colombo Street, Christchurch, and Sidney Herbert Amyes, late of Redcliffs, but now of 81 Dyer's Pass Road, Cashmere Hills, Christchurch, that the said company proposes to and will carry on business at its head office in New Zealand, which is situate at 902 Colombo Street, Christchurch, in the Dominion of New Zealand, where egal process and notices of any kind may be addressed or delivered. RESOLUTION LEVYING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Whakaki Drainage Board hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing for the interest and repayment of principal and other charges on a loan of two thousand pounds (£2,000), authorized to be raised by the Whakaki Drainage Board, under the provisions of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, for the purpose of constructing about ten miles of drains to drain the properties of rate-payers within the Whakaki Drainage District, the said Whakaki Drainage Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-fifth of a penny (1/5d.) in the pound sterling, upon the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property comprised within the Whakaki
