All that area of land in the Nelson Land District commencing at a point on the sea-coast being the eastern extremity of the boundary-line between the Counties of Waimea and Takaka, and bounded on the north and west generally by the said boundary-line to the south-western corner of Section 17, Block I, Motueka Survey District; thence on the south generally by the southern boundary of the aforesaid Section 17 and the southern and south-eastern boundaries of Section 18, and the south-eastern boundary of Section 11, all of Block I, Motueka Survey District, to Trig. Dovedale Riding.

All that area of land in the Nelson Land District starting at a point on the boundary-line between the Counties of Waimea and Takaka at the south-western corner of Section 17, Block I, Motueka Survey District, and bounded generally on the north-east by the Motueka and Moutere Ridings hereinbefore described to the easternmost corner of Section 29, Block VII, Wai-iti Survey District; thence generally on the south-east by Sections 28, Block VII, Wai-iti Survey District, 190, 185, Square 2, 22, Block VII, Wai-iti Survey District, and 181, Square 2, Sections 23, 21, 20, of Block VII, Wai-iti Survey District, and Sections 40, 43, 42, 32, and 31, Block XI, Wai-iti Survey District, to the south-westernmost corner of the said Section 31 ; thence on the south-west by a straight line to the south-western corner of Section 22, Block I, Wai-iti Survey District; thence by the south-western boundary of Section 23, Block I, Wai-iti Survey District, and the prolongation thereof to the middle-line of the Motueka River; thence along the middle-line of the said river in a south-westerly and north-westerly direction to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Section 3, Block IV, Wangapeka Survey District; thence in a north-easterly direction along such boundary-line to the easternmost corner of the said Section 3 ; thence generally on the south-east by the said Section 3 and Sections 10 and 11, Block IV, Wangapeka Survey District, and Section 23, Block VIII, and Sections 25, 13, 12, 21, Block VII, Wangapeka Survey District, and Sections 16 and 15, Block XI, Wangapeka Survey District, and Sections 18, 19, and 17, Block X, Wangapeka Survey District, to the westernmost corner of the last-mentioned section; thence on the south-west by a straight line to Trig. All that area of land in the Nelson Land District commencing at Trig. Station Y upon the boundary-line between the Counties of Waimea and Buller, in Block IX, Wangapeka Survey District, and bounded generally on the north and west and on the south-west and south by the boundary-line between the Waimea County and the Counties of Buller and Murchison to Trig. Station A, in Block XIII, Motupiko Survey District; thence by a straight line to the south-westernmost corner of Section 10, Block X, Motupiko Survey District; thence generally on the east by the said Section 10 and Sections 2 and 1, Block IX, 8, Block VI, 5 and 2, Block V, and Section 11, Block J, all of the Motupiko Survey District, to the intersection of the western boundary of the last-mentioned section with the south-western boundary of Section 2, Square 35; thence in a north-westerly direction by the south-western boundary of Section 2, Square 35, and by the south-western and north-western boundaries of Section 3, Square 35, to the Motupiko River; thence by the Motupiko River to the easternmost corner of Section 4, Square 35; thence by the eastern, south-western, and north-western boundaries of Section 4, Square 35, to the Motupiko River; thence by the Motupiko River to a point in line with the production of the south-east boundary of Section 9, Block XVI, Tadmor Survey District; thence by such boundary and the said production thereof to the south-east corner of the said Section 9; thence by the southern and eastern boundaries of Section 6 and the eastern boundary of Section 5, Block XIII, and of Sections 8, 9, and 11, Block IX, and of Section 2, Block V, and of Section 4, Block I, all of Gordon Survey District, to the northernmost corner of the said Section 4; thence by the north-western boundary of the said Section 4 and its production to the middle-line of the Motupiko River; thence by the middle-line of the said river to its confluence with the Motueka River; thence in a northerly direction by the middle-line of the Motueka River to the Dovedale Riding; thence on the north-west and north by the Dovedale Riding as hereinbefore described to the point of commencement at Trig. Station Y.

Wai-iti Riding.

All that area of land in the Nelson Land District commencing at a point on the boundary-line between Nelson and Marlborough Land Districts at the source of the Lee River near Bush Cone, and bounded generally on the north-east by the Appleby Riding, on the north by the Moutere Riding, and on the north-west by the Dovedale Riding, as hereinbefore described, to the south-westernmost corner of Section 31, Block XI, Wai-iti Survey District; thence generally on the south-west by Sections 8 and 32, Block X, and Sections 55, 54, 53, 51, and 50, Block XI, and Section 18, Block XV, all of Wai-iti Survey District, and Section 169, Square 2, and Sections 47 and 48, Square 4, and Section 2 of 1, Waimea South ; thence by a prolongation of the north-eastern boundary of the last-mentioned section across the Wai-iti River to the right-hand bank thereof; thence in a southerly direction by such bank to its intersection with the north-eastern boundary of Section X, Waimea South; thence by the said Section X and Sections 37, 37A, 38, 42, 45, 70, 77, 75, 72, and 73, Wai-iti Hills, and by Section 18, Block IV, and Sections 3 and 4, Block VIII, all of Gordon Survey District, to the southernmost corner of the last-mentioned section; thence along the watershed between the Wairoa and Wai-iti and between the Wairoa and Motueka Rivers in Blocks VIII, XII, and XVI, Gordon Survey District, and Block XIII, Rintoul Survey District, to a point upon the boundary-line between the Land Districts of Nelson and Marlborough at the south-easternmost corner of the last-mentioned block; thence on the south-east generally by the boundary-line between the Land Districts of Nelson and Marlborough to the starting-point.

Motupiko Riding.

All that area of land in the Nelson Land District starting at a point upon the boundary-line between the Land Districts of Nelson and Marlborough being the southernmost corner of Block XIII, Rintoul Survey District, and bounded on the north-east generally hy the Wai-iti and Dovedale Ridings, on the north-west by the Dovedale Riding, and on the west generally by the Wangapeka Riding, all of which are hereinbefore described, to Trig.
