this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 7 acres.
Portion of Kaingapipiwai Block Nos. 1c No. 2b 1f and 1e, Block V, Kaeo Survey District. (S.O. 20877.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48884, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of August, 1920.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Longwood District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 3 roods 17·3 perches.
Being Section 13R, situated in Block XVIII, Longwood District.

In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48904, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of August, 1920.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government roads described in the Schedule hereto, such roads being no longer required for the purposes of roads.
