As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48782, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of August, 1920.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1908, and that such land may be administered and disposed of under that Act accordingly.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 4 acres 3 roods 12 perches.
Being a piece of stopped Government road adjoining or passing through Sections 55 and 75, Maramarua Parish, Block I, Piako Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 21006.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48692, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of August, 1920.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.
