Pirongia, and IV, Kawhia North Survey Districts.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me
in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the
Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the first day of September, one thousand nine hundred
and twenty.

particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 47795,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Work-
at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon

of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and
issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Govern-

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority enabling me in this
behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Go-
vornment of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby pro-
claim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school,
and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of
Auckland, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I
do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the first day of September, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 3 acres 1 rood
36 perches.
Portion of Allotment 42, Hikurangi Parish, Block XVI,

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48746,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and
issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Govern-
