Proclaiming Native Land to be Crown Land under Section 14
of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land
Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia,
that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land
has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under
the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-
General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power
and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of
the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, Robert Stout, the
Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land set out in the Schedule
hereto to be Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
KOPUA 1s 2B 2B 2A Block: Approximate area, 131 acres
2 roods 22 perches: Pirongia Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and
issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of August, 1920.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority enabling me in this behalf,
I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for the purposes of the Otago Central Railway
(Cromwell Section), and for road-diversions in connection
therewith.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and
issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of August, 1920.
