doth hereby prohibit, for the period of one year from the

Recreation Reserve in Canterbury Land District brought under
Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by
the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and
Domains Act, 1908, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of
the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the
reserve for recreation in the Canterbury Land District de-
scribed in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is
hereby brought under the operation of and declared to
be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and
such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Gleniti Domain,
and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public
domain.
SCHEDULE.
GLENITI DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing
by admeasurement 2 acres 0 roods 4 perches, more or less,
being Reserve No. 4037 (formerly Lots 36 and 37 on deposited
plan 492), and being part of Section 8274, situated in Block
X, Arowhenua Survey District. Bounded towards the north-
east by the Wai-iti Road, 288 links; towards the south-east by
other part of the said Section 8274, 755 links; towards the
south-west by the north branch of the Otipua Creek; and
towards the north-west by Lot 38 on the aforesaid deposited
plan, 627.6 links. As the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked L. and S. 1/659, deposited in the Head
Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and
thereon bordered red.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the fifth day
of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty,
and published in the Gazette of the twelfth day of that
month, Reserve No. 26, situated in the Borough of Lyttel-
ton, was vested in the Corporation of the Borough of Lyttelton
in terms of section four of the Public Reserves and Domains
Act, 1908 :
And whereas the said Order in Council was issued in error,
and it is desirable that it should be revoked :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the
Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers
conferred upon him by the Public Reserves and Domains Act,
1908, and of every other power and authority enabling him in
this behalf, doth hereby revoke the said Order in Council
dated the fifth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty, hereinbefore referred to.
