THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

(e.) The sum of £6,603 3s. 5d. for the purpose of general extensions to the Council’s electric light and power system, and the erection and purchase of lines, transformers, plant, machinery, and appliances; the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one shilling and eleven pence (1s. 11d.) in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the annual value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Tauranga. And that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and one-half (36½) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
