A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Robert Stout,
the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in
Wangapeka Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a
road: 19 perches.
Being part Section 11A, Square 5, Block XV, Wangapeka
Survey District (Nelson R.D.).
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 49071,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and
issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Govern-
ment House at Wellington, this 24th day of July, 1920.

Whangaruru Survey Districts described in the Schedule hereto.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
48546, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon

Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the
road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
