A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a quarry, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitomo, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school, and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 3 acres 3 roods 0·4 perch.
Being the whole or portion of Lots 30 and 32, Allotment 4, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland (City of Auckland), Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District. (S.O. 20795.)
