SCHEDULE.

Portion of Section 6191 (railway reserve), situated in Block XI, Tengawai Survey District (Canterbury R.D.).

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48445, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of July, 1920.

Amending a Proclamation proclaiming Land as a Road, and Road closed, in Blocks VII and X, Nuhaka North Survey District, Cook County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me by the Land Act, 1908, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby amend the Proclamation issued under the Land Act, 1908, proclaiming land as a road and road closed in Blocks VII and X, Nuhaka North Survey District, dated the eighth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 58, of the tenth day of the same month, by inserting therein the following Schedule in lieu of the First Schedule mentioned therein.


FIRST SCHEDULE

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

Amending a Proclamation proclaiming Land as a Road in Block VI, Hautapu Survey District, Rangitikei County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me by the Land Act, 1908, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby amend the Proclamation dated the seventeenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 61, of the twenty-fourth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, proclaiming land as a road in Block VI, Hautapu Survey District, Rangitikei County, by substituting Block “II” for Block “VI” wherever it occurs in such Proclamation.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of July, 1920.

Constituting the Wairoa Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1918, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the area described in the First Schedule hereto, being the area described in the petition presented to His Excellency the Administrator of the Government on the seventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, praying that such area be constituted an electric-power district, and do hereby proclaim the district with the altered boundaries as described in the Second Schedule hereto to be an electric-power district, and I hereby assign to such district the name of the “Wairoa Electric-power District.”


FIRST SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District comprising portion of the Wairoa County and the Borough of Wairoa. Bounded, commencing at a point where the Mohaka River enters the sea, following the coast•line in an easterly, southerly, and northerly direction to a point at the junction of the Wairoa and Cook Counties with the sea; thence in a north-westerly direction along the boundaries of the Wairoa and Cook Counties and the Wairoa and Waikohu Counties to the junction of the Wairoa, Waikohu, and Whakatane Counties; thence in a south-westerly direction along the boundaries of the Wairoa and Whakatane Counties to the junction of the Wairoa, East Taupo, and Whakatane Counties; and thence in south-easterly and southerly directions following the boundary of the Wairoa and East Taupo Counties to the junction of the Wairoa, East Taupo, and Hawke’s Bay Counties on the Mohaka River; and thence in southerly, easterly, and south-easterly*directions following the Mohaka River to its mouth, being the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 49120, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged in red.


SECOND SCHEDULE.

WAIROA ELECTRIC-POWER DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, comprising the Borough of Wairoa and the County of Wairoa as at present constituted.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of July, 1920.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Opotiki Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 acres 0 roods 37 perches.

Portion of Section 153, Waiotahi Parish, Block I, Opotiki Survey District. (S.O. 19736.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48905, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of July, 1920.
