In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/760, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. (Auckland plan 21038)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of July, 1920.

Proclaiming Road-lines laid out through Subdivisions of the Kinohaku East Block to be Public Roads.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto were, by order of the Native Land Court made on the sixth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, duly laid off as road-lines, in pursuance of section forty-nine of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913:

And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that the said road-lines should be proclaimed as public roads, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section fifty-one of the said Act:

And whereas one month’s notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-lines as public roads has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of section fifteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914:

And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-lines should be proclaimed as public roads:

Now, therefore, I, Robert Stout, Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-nine of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, do hereby proclaim as public roads the road-lines described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two hundred and eight of the Land Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the pastoral lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections two hundred and eight to two hundred and twenty-two of Part V of the Land Act, 1908, relating to small grazing-runs.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Kawakawa-Hokianga Railway.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of July, 1920.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto shall become a road, and that the said road shall be maintained by the McKenzie County Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
