Quillinan Settlement.

ALL that parcel of land in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 228 acres 2 roods, more or less, situated in Block XV, Tiriraukawa Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington as number 65/6, and thereon numbered 21 and 22.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of July, 1920.

Settlement Land set apart for Disposal by way of Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Ordinary Tenures, in the Nelson Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Robert Stout, Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of settlement lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of lease to discharged soldiers, on ordinary tenures, under the Land for Settlements Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner and mortgagees of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Opotiki County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the said Schedule.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road :
2 acres 2 roods 32 perches.
Portion of Allotment 406, Waiotahi Parish, Block VI, Opotiki Survey District.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/763, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of July, 1920.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners and mortgagee of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Wallace County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the said Schedule.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the Land Board of the Wellington Land District has recommended that the Crown tenant of the land enumerated in the Schedule hereto should be afforded relief, owing to exceptional circumstances over which he has no control preventing the profitable occupation of such land :

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section twenty-five of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1911, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare the land enumerated in the Schedule hereto to be subject to the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-seven of the Land Act, 1908; and I do further fix four years from the date mentioned in the said Schedule as the period for which the said land shall be exempt from payment of rent and rates.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—WAIMARINO COUNTY.
SECTION 11, Block VI, Whirinaki Survey District: 1st July, 1920.
