NOTICE is hereby given that on the application of the said DAVID GIBSON COULTER, and on reading the affidavits of the said David Gibson Coulter and Arthur David Low, and upon hearing Mr. Threadwell, it was ordered that the order of adjudication dated 23rd April, 1920, against the said DAVID GIBSON COULTER be annulled.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 34, folio 34, of the Register-book, in favour of JOHN HAGUE-SMITH, for Allotment 42 of Section C of Te Arero-o-Huatata No. 1, Thames District, having been lodged with me, and application made to issue a provisional certificate of title, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue a provisional certificate of title accordingly at the expiration of fourteen days from the 23rd day of July, 1920.
