Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Hauturu West 2B, Section 4 (part), will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Friday, the 6th day of August, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That part of the said block, containing 432 acres, be sold to the Crown for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

Dated at Auckland this 16th day of July, 1920.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 76B No. 6 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Friday, the 6th day of August, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £1 per acre.”

“That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £3 per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maunganui No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohaeawai on Tuesday, the 24th day of August, 1920, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Murdock Donald Fraser, of Whangarei, for the sum of 17s. 6d. per acre, and that the said Murdock Donald Fraser shall pay survey costs and all other liens in respect of the said land.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungapohatu North will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangarei on Wednesday, the 25th day of August, 1920, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Kenneth Finlayson for the sum of £2,000.”

Dated at Auckland this 19th day of July, 1920.
