Mangatu Riding.

Commencing at the centre of the Waikohu Bridge on the Puha-Whatatutu Road, proceeding in a north-westerly direction generally by the centre of the Waikohu River to a point on the said river about twenty chains below the combined road and rail bridge at Waikohu, where the river and stock-track junction; thence by the east and north-east boundaries of Lots 4, 3, 2, and 1 of Puhatiko-tiko 7A and 7B 1 Blocks to the most northerly point of Lot 1 at its junction with the eastern boundary of the said Puha 7B 2 Block; thence by the eastern and northern boundary of that block to the south-west corner of Puha-tikotiko 6B; thence by the western boundary of that block and by the western boundary of Lot 3 of Poututu B 6 and Poututu B 5, and thence again by Poututu B 6 to the Urukokomoko Stream; thence in a north-westerly direction by the centre of that stream to the south-east corner of Lot 7 of Subdivision No. 1, Mangatu No. 1 Block; thence by the south-west boundary of the said Lot 7 to the south-west corner of Lot 8 of Subdivision No. 1, Mangatu No. 1; thence by the north-western boundary of the said Lot 8 to Trig. Station No. 141 (Maungahaumia); thence by the western boundaries of Lots 1 and 2 of Subdivision 10, Mangatu No. 1, by the western boundary of Subdivision 21; thence by the western and northern boundary of Subdivision 20, and by the north-western boundary of Subdivision 16, and by the western boundaries of Subdivisions 13 and 28 of Mangatu No. 1 till it intersects the Waikohu and Opotiki County boundaries; thence in a north-easterly direction by the aforesaid county boundaries to the north-west corner of the Waipaoa Riding hereinbefore described; thence in a southerly direction by the western boundary of that riding to the point of commencement.

Waihuka Riding.

Commencing at a point in the centre of the Waikohu River at the south-east corner of Lot 4, Puhatikotiko 7A, Block III, Waikohu Survey District, on the south-west boundary of the Mangatu Riding hereinbefore described, proceeding in a south-westerly direction by the centre of the said Waikohu River till it junctions with the Wharekopae River; thence by that river to its intersection with the south-west boundary of the Waihuka Block; thence in a north-westerly direction by that boundary to the most easterly corner of Section 26, Block I, Waikohu Survey District; thence crossing the road and following its south-east side to its junction with the most easterly point of Section 27, Block I, Waikohu Survey District; thence in a south - westerly direction generally by the south-eastern boundary of that section and by the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of Lot 1 of Lot 1 of Okahuatiu No. 1, by the southern and south-western boundaries of Sections 24 and 18, Block I, Waikohu Survey District, by the south-east boundary of Section 5, Block IV, Ngatapa Survey District, to the north-ernmost corner of Wharekopae 2B l; thence by the north-east and south boundary of the said 2B 1, and by the south-east boundary of Wharekopae 2A to the most easterly point of Lot 1 of Wharekopae 2A (on D.P. 1905); thence by the north-east boundary of that lot to the eastern boundary of Lot 2 of Section 3, Block VII, Ngatapa Survey District; thence by the south-east boundary of the said Lot 2 of Section 3 to the Makaretu Stream; thence by the centre of that stream and the Ngatapa Stream to the south-east corner of Section 6, Block VII, Ngatapa Survey District; thence by the southern and western boundary of that section to the Makaretu Road; thence crossing the road and proceeding in a north-westerly direction by the south boundary of Section 8, Block III, Ngatapa Survey District; thence again crossing the road to the north-east corner of Section 2, Block VI, Ngatapa Survey District; thence in a south-westerly direction by the eastern and southern boundaries of the aforesaid Section 2, and by the southern boundaries of Sections 5 and 6, and by the south-western boundary of the aforesaid Section 6 and forest reserve, Block VI, Ngatapa Survey District, to Mangatapere Trig. Station; thence in a northerly and north-easterly direction generally by the western and northern boundaries of Section 3, forest reserve, and Section 1, Block II, Ngatapa Survey District; thence by the south-west and north-west boundary of Section 2, Block XIV, Motu Survey District, and by the north-west boundaries of Lot 1 of Section 1, Block XIV, and Section 12, Block XI, to Neill Road; thence by the centre of Neill Road to its intersection with the southernmost corner of Section 6, Block XI, Motu Survey District; thence in a north-easterly direction generally by the south-east and the north-east

boundary of that section, and by south-east boundaries of Section 2, Block XI, and Section 4, Block XII, Motu Survey District, to the centre of the Motu front road; thence in a north-westerly direction by the centre of that road till it intersects the southernmost corner of Section 2, Block XII, Motu Survey District; thence in a north-easterly direction by the south-east boundary of that section to the Rangariri Stream; thence in a northerly direction by the centre of that stream till it intersects the western boundary-line of Mangatu No. 3 Block; thence in a northerly direction by that line to the northernmost corner of the aforesaid Mangatu No. 3 Block, this point being the westernmost corner of Mangatu Riding; thence in a south-easterly direction by the south-west boundary of the aforesaid riding hereinbefore described to the point of commencement.

Nyatapa Riding.

Commencing at the Te Wana Trig. Station on the boundaries of the Waikohu and Opotiki Counties, proceeding in an easterly direction by a right line through Crown lands to the north-west corner of Lot 12, Tahora 2c 1 Section 3; thence by the northern boundary of that lot to the most southerly point of Lot 6, Tahora 2c 3 Section 2; thence in a north-westerly and north-easterly direction by the south-western and north-western boundaries of that lot to the centre of the Koranga Stream; thence in an easterly direction by that stream till it intersects the western boundary of the Waihuka Riding; thence in an easterly direction generally by the southern boundaries of the aforesaid Waihuka Riding hereinbefore described till it intersects the Wharekopae River; thence in a south-easterly direction by the north-east boundary of Subdivision 1 of Tangihanga C Block to its intersection with the Cook and Waikohu County boundaries in Block VII, Waikohu Survey District; thence in a south-westerly, north-westerly, and north-easterly direction by the southern and western boundaries of the Waikohu County to the point of commencement.

Motu Riding.

Commencing at Te Wana Trig. Station on the boundaries of the Waikohu and Opotiki Counties, proceeding in a northerly and north-easterly direction by the north-western boundary of the Waikohu County till it intersects the north-west corner of the Mangatu Riding; thence in a south-westerly direction generally by the north-western boundaries of the aforesaid Mangatu Riding hereinbefore described to the northernmost corner of the Waihuka Riding, continuing in a south-westerly direction by the north-western boundary of the aforesaid Waihuka Riding hereinbefore described till it intersects the northern boundary of the Nyatapa Riding; thence in a south-westerly and westerly direction by the north-western and northern boundaries of the aforesaid Ngatapa Riding hereinbefore described to the point of commencement.

Karaka Riding.

Commencing at a point in the centre of the Wharekopae River where it intersects the northern boundary of the Ngatapa Riding, proceeding in a north-easterly direction by the south-east boundary of the Ngatapa Riding, proceeding in a north-easterly direction by the south-east boundary of the Waihuka Riding hereinbefore described till it intersects the southern boundary of the Mangatu Riding; thence in a south-easterly and easterly direction generally by the southern boundaries of the aforesaid Mangatu Riding, and Waipaoa and Kanakanaia Ridings, hereinbefore described, to its intersection with the Cook and Waikohu County boundaries; thence in a southerly, westerly, and north-westerly direction by the eastern and southern boundaries of the Waikohu County till it intersects the most easterly point of the Ngatapa Riding; thence in a north-westerly direction by the north-eastern boundary of that riding, hereinbefore described, to the point of commencement.
