Section 16 of Block XI, Huiroa Survey District,'and bounded as follows : On the north-west, north, and east generally by the Makara Road, also Section 26 of Block XII, Huiroa Survey District, 13811.9 links ; and on the south by the Makino Stream, a stream, also other part of Section 16, Block XI aforesaid, 6336.9 links.

Fourthly, all that piece or parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 151 acres, being the whole of Section 22 of Block XII, Huiroa Survey District, and bounded as follows : On the north by Section 25 of the aforesaid block and district, 61.6 links, and a stream ; on the east by a road reserve 100 links wide ; on the south by Makara Road, 2720.7 links ; and on the west by Makara Road and Section 17 of Block XI of the aforesaid survey district, 6917.3 links.

Be all the aforesaid areas and linkages a little more or less, all being situated in the Taranaki Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand ; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of July, 1920.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Robert Stout, Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of settlement land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the twenty-third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, and published in the Gazette of the first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, setting apart Crown land for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Land Act, 1908, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—WEST TAUPO COUNTY.—CROWN LAND.—NATIONAL ENDOWMENT.

SECTION 31, Block XIII, Tuhua Survey District : Area, 10 acres 2 roods 28 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand ; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of July, 1920.
