Settlement Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease
to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Taranaki
Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act, 1915, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the
Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the area of settlement land de-
scribed in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby
set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or
lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the
manner provided in the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.-SETTLEMENT LAND.
Mangamaire Settlement.-Ngatimaru Survey District.
FIRSTLY, all that piece or parcel of land, containing by
admeasurement 300 acres, being Sections 22 and 23 of Block
II, Ngatimaru Survey District, being bounded as follows:
On the north by Section 16 of the same block and district,
1296.4 and 2395 links; on the east by Section 25 of same
block and district, 8823 links; on the south and west gen-
erally by the Junction Road and Matau Road, 3183.4 and
9118.4 links.
Secondly, all that piece or parcel of land, containing by
admeasurement 200 acres, being Sections 8 and 9 of Block III,
Ngatimaru Survey District, being bounded as follows: On
the north by the Junction Road, 2312 and 2418.8 links;
on the east by Section 10 of the aforesaid block and district,
5350.7 links; on the south by Section 1 of Block VII and
Section 28 of Block II, both of the aforesaid survey district,
1980 and 1800 links; on the west by Section 27 of Block II
of the aforesaid survey district, 5071 links.
Be all the aforesaid areas and linkages a little more or less,
all being situated in the Taranaki Land District.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.-SETTLEMENT LAND.
Mana Settlement.
FIRSTLY, all that piece or parcel of land, containing by
admeasurement 89 acres 3 roods, being Subdivision 1 (of
part of Section 16 and closed road, Section 19) of Block XI,
Huiroa Survey District, bounded as follows: On the east by
Stanley and Makara Roads, 5415.6 links; on the south by
the Makino Stream; and on the west by Section 8, same
block and district, 3672 links.
Secondly, all that piece or parcel of land, containing by
admeasurement 138 acres 0 roods 27 perches, being Sub-
division 3 of part Section 4 of Block XI, Huiroa Survey
District, and bounded as follows: On the west and north
by other part of Section 4 aforesaid, 6671.4 links, and a
stream; and on the east and south generally by the Makara
Road, 9242.7 links.
Thirdly, all that piece or parcel of land, containing by
admeasurement 147 acres, being Subdivision 2 of part of
