A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.--SOUTHLAND COUNTY.--CROWN LAND.

SECTION 63E, Block III, Mataura Hundred: Area, 10 acres. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of July, 1920. Land proclaimed as a Road in Cape Survey District, Taranaki Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the Egmont County Council, being the local authority in whose district the land described in the Schedule hereto is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 rood 12·5 perches. Portion of police reserve, Section 110, Block XII, Cape Survey District. In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/761, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of July, 1920. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Onewhero and Maramarua Survey Districts described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :- A. R. P. Portion of 0 3 5·5 Section 7 (E.R.), Block XVI, Onewhero Survey District; coloured blue. 6 0 4·5 Section 2, Block XIII, Maramarua Survey District; coloured red. Situated in Auckland R D. (S.O. 20800.) In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48718, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of July, 1920. Land taken for the Purposes of Additions and Extensions to the New Plymouth Borough Council's Electric-lighting and Water-power Works in Paritutu and Egmont Survey Districts.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of additions and extensions to the New Plymouth Borough Council's electric-lighting and water-power works, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of New Plymouth, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.
