Lands proclaimed as a Road in Tairua Survey District, Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner and licensee of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Thames County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the said Schedule.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

25 0 0 Section 8, Block XVI; coloured red.
1 2 0 9 " blue.

Situated in Tairua Survey District.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/756, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned. (Auckland plan 20658)

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the lessee and mortgagee of the lands described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Wai-tomo County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the lands described in the said Schedule; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section sixty-three of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1913, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section sixty-three in connection with any block of land, unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Act, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.


SCHEDULE.

TABANAKI LAND DISTRICT.—PARIHAKA BLOCK.

SECTIONS 39, 40, 41, 43, and 44, Block IX, Section 118, Block XII, Sections 1–5 (inclusive) and 7–12 (inclusive), Block XIII, and Sections 29 and 30, Block XIV, Cape Survey District: Area, 2,570 acres 3 roods 34 perches.
