Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Tahi 2B 1 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Monday, the 2nd day of August, 1920, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That the said land be leased to Sidney Smith Waide for a term of forty-two years, twenty-one years at a rental of 2s. per acre per annum, and twenty-one years at 5 per cent. of the Government unimproved value in 1941."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tuketuke C Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Monday, the 2nd day of August, 1920, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That the said land be sold to J. S. Barrow, of Waverley, farmer, for the amount of the Government valuation thereof." The Government valuation is £1,300.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tuketuke F Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Monday, the 2nd day of August, 1920, at 11.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That Tuketuke F Block, containing 44 acres 1 rood, be sold to J. S. Barrow, of Waverley, for the sum of £442; or, in the alternative, that the said land be leased to J. S. Barrow for a term of twenty-one years, at a rental of £23 per annum."

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otiranui 1F Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Monday, the 2nd day of August, 1920, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:-

"That the land known as Otiranui 1F be sold to Phyllis Clapham for the sum of £780."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whirinaki No. 6M will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene, on Wednesday, the 4th day of August, 1920, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That the said land be sold to Walter James Jackson at the amount of the special Government valuation, but not less than 18s. per acre."

"That the land be sold to Wani Epiha for the amount of the Government valuation."

"That the land be sold to George Arthur Bush for the sum of £200."

"That the land be sold to Henry Robertson Bush for the amount of the Government valuation."

"That the land be sold to John Hulse for the amount of the Government valuation."

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Rereapahau No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames on Friday, the 23rd day of July, 1920, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That the land be leased to Walter Moorcraft for a term of twenty-one years, at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre during the first seven years, 2s. 6d. per acre during the next seven years, and 3s. 6d. per acre during the remaining seven years."

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waitakaruru 1A 1B 2 (part) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames on Friday, the 23rd day of July, 1920, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That the land be leased to Stanley George Chambers for a term of fifty years at an annual rental of 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the first twenty-five years, and 5 per cent. on the then unimproved value during the remaining twenty-five years."
