Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarina 3F 6 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Pipiriki, on Wednesday, the 11th day of August, 1920, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That the land known as Waimarina 3F 6 be leased to Tiori Rangi Taurerewa and Mori Haitana as tenants in common, in equal shares for forty-two years from the date of confirmation of this resolution, at a rental for the first twenty-one years equivalent to 5 per cent. of the capital value of the land, and at a rental during the second twenty-one years of 5 per cent. on the unimproved value of the land at the end of the first period of twenty-one years without (in assessing such rental for the second term) taking into account any improvements which may have been effected on the said lands." The Government valuation is £688.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Reureu 3B 1 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Friday, the 6th day of August, 1920, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That the said land, containing 38 acres 3 roods 17 perches, be sold to William Cockburn, of Marton, farmer, at £30 per acre; or, in the alternative, that the said land be leased to the said William Cockburn for forty-two years at the following rental: Twenty-one years at £1 10s. per acre per annum, and twenty-one years at 5 per centum on the unimproved value."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Reureu 2c Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Friday, the 6th day of August, 1920, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That the said block, containing 55 acres, more or less, be sold to Caroline Gertrude Thomson, of Te Kuiti, widow, at £25 per acre; or, in the alternative, that the said land be leased to Caroline Gertrude Thomson for fifty years at a yearly rental of £1 5s. per acre for the first twenty-five years, and 5 per cent. per annum on the unimproved value for the remainder of the term, with full compensation for all improvements." The Government valuation is £3,201.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Reureu 2c Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Friday, the 6th day of August, 1920, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That the said block, containing 105 acres 2 roods, more or less, be sold to Caroline Gertrude Thomson, of Te Kuiti, widow, at £25 per acre; or, in the alternative, that the said land be leased to Caroline Gertrude Thomson for fifty years, at a yearly rental of £1 5s. per acre for the first twenty-five years, and 5 per cent. per annum on the unimproved value

for the remainder of the term, with full compensation for all improvements." The Government valuation is £4,930.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whitianga 2B 16B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Thursday, the 5th day of August, 1920, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That the western portion of the said land, containing 1,609 acres, be leased to George McGregor for a term of forty-two years, the first twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per cent. of the present Government unimproved valuation of the said land, and the next twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per cent. of the Government unimproved value of the said land in 1941."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino 4B 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raetihi on Wednesday, the 4th day of August, 1920, at 11.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That the said land be leased to James Edmund Crowe, of Ohakune, farmer, for the term of forty-two years, at a rental for the first twenty-one years of a sum equal to 5 per cent. of the Government unimproved valuation of the said land, and for the second twenty-one years of a sum equal to 5 per cent. of the Government unimproved valuation of the said land as ascertained at the end of the first twenty-one years." The Government valuation is £1,111 for 824 acres 2 roods.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waharangi 61 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raetihi on Wednesday, the 4th day of August, 1920, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That the said land be sold to Elizabeth Ruth Johnston for £2 per acre or the amount of the Government valuation thereof; or, in the alternative, that the said land be leased to Elizabeth Ruth Johnston for forty-two years-twenty-one years at a rental of 2s. per acre per annum, and twenty-one years at 5 per cent. of the Government unimproved value in 1941."

"That the said land be sold to John Marshall Brennan at the price of the present Government valuation, but at not less than £11 per acre."
