Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otehenga Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames on Friday, the 23rd day of July, 1920, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the land be sold to George Arthur Bush for the amount of the Government valuation."

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Orangapirau No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames on Friday, the 23rd day of July, 1920, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the land be sold to George Arthur Bush for the sum of £175."

"That the land be sold to Henry R. Bush for the sum of £600."

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waitakaruru 1B 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames on Friday, the 23rd day of July, 1920, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the land be sold to Stanley George Chambers for the sum of £4 per acre or the amount of the Government valuation, whichever is the greater."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukehanga No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Paeroa on Friday, the 23rd day of July, 1920, at 9.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
"(1.) That the land be leased to Totorewa Haira for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 5 per cent. on the Government valuation during the first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. on the then unimproved value during the remaining twenty-one years.
“(2.) That the land be leased to Gladys Nicholson for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 5 per cent. on the Government valuation during the first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. on the then unimproved value during the remaining twenty-one years.
“ (3.) That the land be sold to Gladys Nicholson for the amount of the Government valuation."

THE Maori Land Board for the South Island Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waikawa No. 1B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Picton on Thursday, the 22nd day of July, 1920, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the said Waikawa No. 1B Block be sold to John Arthur at the price of an up-to-date valuation."

THE Maori Land Board for the South Island Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wekenui Block 5 Section 3B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Picton on Thursday, the 22nd day of July, 1920, at 9 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the said Wekenui Block 5 Section 3B be sold to Joseph August Perano for the sum of £2 7s. per acre."
