pursuance of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, conditions have been imposed with respect to the building-line in the case of any street or road exempted from the provisions of that section, the Governor-General may from time to time by Order in Council, on the application of the local authority having control of that road or street, amend the first-mentioned Order in Council by cancelling or varying the conditions imposed thereby, and any such cancellation or variation may extend to the whole or to any part or parts of the said road or street :
And whereas by an Order in Council dated the twenty-ninth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 138, pages 3947/8, of the second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, exempting the portion of street described in the Schedule thereto, and known as Derwent Street, Island Bay, Wellington, from the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, a condition was imposed “that no building or part of a building shall be erected at any time on the eastern side of the said portion of street within a distance of thirty-three feet of the centre-line of the said portion of street” :
And whereas the Wellington City Council, the local authority having control of the said portion of street, has made application that the said Order in Council may be amended by cancelling the condition subject to which the said portion of street was exempted: And whereas it is desirable that such application should be granted:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the said Order in Council by cancelling the said condition with regard to the building-line.

Declaring Portion of Wanganui River Road, in the Ohura County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this fifteenth day of June, 1920.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Wanganui River Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Ohura County, commencing at its junction with the Aorangi Road, and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction, and following approximately the right bank of the Wanganui River through or adjoining Sections 13 and 17, Block XVI, Ohura Survey District, and terminating opposite the south-eastern corner of the said Section 17, Block XVI, Ohura Survey District; being a distance of seventy chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48708, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of Kura Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Ohura County, commencing at its junction with the main Te Kuiti-Taumarunui Road at a point on the boundary between 60A Section 2 and Section 2, Block II, Rangi Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction, adjoining or passing through the said Section 2, Sections 12 and 6, Block II, Rangi Survey District, and terminating on the boundary between the said Section 6 and Section 7, Block II, Rangi Survey District, at a point twenty chains west of the boundary of the said 60A Section 2, Block II, Rangi Survey District; being a distance of sixty-five chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48707, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Weedon Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this fifteenth day of June, 1920.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twelfth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the seventeenth day of that month, a Domain Board was appointed to control the Weedon Domain:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the eleventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
HENRY CURRAGH,
GEORGE FILLANS GILMOUR,
LAURENCE BERNARD MANION,
WILLIAM PHILLIPS, and
DAVID WILSON
to be the Weedon Domain Board, as from the twelfth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the twenty-eighth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Schoolroom, Weedon, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
WEEDON DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 48 acres 2 roods 17 perches, more or less, being Reserve 1596 (in red), situate in Block XV, Rolleston Survey District, commencing at the north-west corner of Rural Section 14226, and bounded as follows: Towards the west by part Rural Section 13598, 2270·6 links; towards the north and west by Reserve 1453, 551·5 and 1000 links respectively; again towards the north by a public road, 1114·2 links; towards the east by a road-line, 3170 links; towards the south and east by part of Reserve 2357, 1166·5 and 86·2 links respectively; and again towards the south by Rural Section 14226, 732 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1356/9A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
